History

We spent five years making small and different micro vinifications in the winery. As we started at the end of the last century, back in 1999 struggling to make the wine that we had in mind, our identity. The first vintages were already reserved, set aside, hidden for those who did not know us. This is how our brand was born, which reminds us of our origins every day.

The 2020 Vintage

The harvest in 2020 was carried out with absolute normality, on usual dates, without any incident to review throughout the cycle, picking ripe grapes of great quality. The wines produced by the harvest will not only delight lovers of lighter young and fresh wines, but also those who love Ribera aging wines, recalling to a certain extent the long-lived vintages of the last century.

Winemaking

Loculto is a 100% Tempranillo wine from a relatively young vineyard, harvested manually and selecting the vineyards and their grapes. Before bottling, it is fermented in steel tanks and then aged for 6 months in French oak barrels.
