Once our red wines were consolidated, we wanted to complete our offer with a white wine at the height of its brothers. To do this, we went through different environments of the D.O. Rueda, a neighbor of the Ribera del Duero and the origin of high-quality whites, with their own personality and character, characteristics that we were looking for in our wine. Finally we choose some plots of Verdejo located in the heart of the D.O. from which this personal way we have had of interpreting Verdejo made wine is born today.
Winemaking
Wine made with 100% Verdejo grapes from our vineyards in the D.O. Rueda Appellation. Mechanized night harvest. Fermentation controlled at 12º.
Tasting Notes
Straw yellow with green hues. Citrus on the nose, grated grapefruit, tropical fruits, pineapple and herbs such as fennel. In the mouth it has a slow and silky mid palate with acidity marked and pleasant and a finish with bitter touches that strengthen the depth of wine.
